Forest School

Forest School at Ingleby Greenhow is by far the highlight of everyone's week. Our beautiful and extensive, wooded grounds lend themselves perfectly to all manner of ourdoor activities, from den-buidling, fire-lighting and swinging from trees, to more peaceful pursuits such as birdwatching, forest-bathing and a full range of natural arts, crafts and woodwork. These sessions are a fundamental part of our personal development programme and help children develop self-esteem, confidence, co-operation and resilience, as well as instilling a desire to care for the natural world.
