Christian Vision
As a warm, caring and inclusive school, we learn together by valuing friendship and respecting ourselves and each other. Deeply rooted in the Christian Values of Compassion, Friendship and Respect we aim to be responsible citizens who care for the environment and make a positive contribution to our communities. Everyone is inspired to reach their full potential.
‘Be kind and honest; others will respect you and treat you fairly’ Proverbs 21:21
Aims and Ethos
As a Church of England School in partnership with parents and guardians we aim to provide:-
° A Community based on Christian values that encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith.
° A happy, warm and welcoming environment where learning is fun and everyone can feel safe and secure.
° A caring and sharing school where everyone is valued and there are equal opportunities for all.
° A constantly improving example of a broad and balanced curriculum which will offer opportunities for pupils to recognise, develop and share their wide variety of talents and skills.
° A sound preparation of our children for the very changing world of today and tomorrow. We intend our pupils to leave self-confident and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds through being a good citizen.
° A school that nurtures links between home, Church, local and wider communities.
